There is so much I have to learn about these wonderful cars.. I read your J-Spec listings but the colors are brutal, green on white is terrible for the eyes

Green on white? For me it's white on black.

As for the EJ20...
The EJ20E is slow....very slow. :smt015
The EJ206 is okay, but lags a bit and the sportshift isn't super quick either. :smt009

I guess I'm just too used to my car. :smt020
(although I will say that the Brighton is awesome for gas. It takes the cheap stuff [US 93Octane] and doesn't gulp it down like my car)

Damn you and your high octane. US93 is about the best i can get, and run my STi engine on the stuff. Nearly 40,000k's and still going like a trooper though.

The RSK will be converted to a Blitzen. I've got most of the parts, it's just a matter of prepping and repainting them.

holy.. how does a Brighton come with power antenna location and a raised roof? USDM Brighton's are BK's and have cheesy manual antenna on the a-pillar.. How come there are no BK chassis in JDM land?

Blahh the J-spec bible.. and the unfair USDM scrap metal that we have :-(

Because a japanese brighton isn't a US brighton. The BK chassis wasn't even avail in japan to my knowledge, i've never ever seen one in the flesh. Note how it has a tacho, and auto aircon controls, and power windows, and electric folding mirrors too, etc. etc.

Seriously, one of you guy's should import a standard japanese BG, they certainly made enough of em! Have it cut in half or something so you can import it without much red tape, and chuck everything onto an outback chassis.

Well I just noticed the radio trim was already wood just dark. Do you have the power window switch? Sign on soups when you get a chance.

did you have to do any adjustment to the exhaust, or the hole and the exhaust match up?

They matched right up. Since the Blitzen is essentially an RSK with a bodykit, everything will fit without any complications.

the reason i had my exhaust custom made was because the guy at the part store told me the aftermarket exhaust wouldnt fit....oh well, it was cheaper and i got exactly what i wanted anyways.

Thank you for the compliments. These cars are actually owned by other people. They are "mine" while I take care of them. The owner of the RSK is excited about the Blitzen transformation, but has set some pretty low spending limits. The owner of the Brighton said I can go nuts with it and he'll just pay me back whatever I spent. That's why the Brighton is progressing much more quickly. Speaking of which, Ganador mirrors:

all you need now is to find wood vinyl and do a woody wagon on the outside, lol. i guess its a good thing there is no airbag inside that steering wheel otherwise you'd get mad splinters in case of an accident

The bottom of the screen on the bumper is broken. I learned that you cannot weld plastic coated metal with solder.... :oops:
And the inner foglights are from a BH Lancaster. I grabbed those because the original lights were unusable. I will have to trim a little to make the Lancaster lights fit, but it should work. Wiring is going to be a pain though. I'm going to try to follow this to the best of my ability:

Ha ha ha! Yeah I guess so. I actually do have RS (same as GT-B) side skirts for it, but I have absolutely no way of attaching them without drilling holes into the car itself so I'm not going to put them on. As for the rear, I guess I forgot to take a picture and post this awhile back:

I was going to get a wing and Bilsteins for it and re-badge it as a TStypeR (the badges I have for sale), but I just feel bored with the car now and don't want to do anything else.

I used the springs that were on the Bilsteins. I didn't want to mess with changing springs. I used the Bilsteins from an RS (sedan), so it's got the saggy butt effect. There's also a 250T-B in the yard, but it's at the bottom of a pile and I don't think that suspension is good anymore so I settled with the set from the RS.
