Im suffering from lumpy idle, I have run ecuexplorer and have a sreendump of the output both at idle and at 2000rpm. If i could get it up here somehow, is there anyone who could look over it and see if anything looks wrong?

If you could post it up or even a vid, I'm sure someone can help you.

ok, these are actually scans of the printout. I cant see how to record it from the program, I dont seem to have the other options everyone else talks about.
Anyway, one is at idle, the other is at 2000rpm.

I did just notice on the idle one, its showing 0 degrees timing, it was actually around 10 but must have just fluctuated as i took the screen grab.

This is version 3.0.25, is there a newer version available? the links dont work any more.

Ehhh..... So so. Still under development, but so is everyone elses car! We have a 2001 740iL here, that the owner wants to trade for my Bike.... just don't want to let the bike go tho. :smt009

The scanner you're using is different than what I'm used to. I'll have to wait til our tech gets back, and see what he says. My guess:

Did you check the IAC?
Vacuum lines?
Coil?
and T.P.S?

IAC checked and cleaned, dont know any way to actually set it up though, Im guessing its self setting? it powers in and out ok anyway.

Vacuum lines checked, been round the manifolds with a propane hose looking for leaks but none found

TPS reset to spec (500mV at fully closed)

Coil? well had the car connected to a 'Bear Pace400' analyser and all cylinders contribution and cylinder efficency readings are equal and ok.

Am I on an old version of this ecuexplorer? Others seem to have graphs and stuff..I dont
