Impreza 6 spoke wheels on BD

I'm thinking about getting some gold 6 spoke impreza wheels. I assume these will fit on a 1998 legacy. I think the gold would go nice with the mica ruby red color of the car, what do you guys think? And what would be a fair price to offer for them without tires? I'm having a hard time seeing what other wheels like this go for

annnd ... yes they will fit
I'd expect to pay 250-350 w/o tires and that may be on the high side
but in my neck of the woods these might be harder to find

haha thanks, glad im not the only one thinking these would look good. the guy selling them wants 550 with his snow tires that are basically new so im thinking of offering 200ish

I don't know about price on these, but I have to say gold rims look awesome on red. Don't let anyone talk you out of it. Gold is where it is at.
And just FYI all subaru 5-lugs are interchangable with the exception of the sti.(to my knowledge anyway)

I knew the lug pattern was right, but for some reason i thought something like the offset might make them fit weird. stupid of me lol

Iv also been looking into some wrx wheels. Now I gotta dilemma haha

Well those RS wheels are special because they are 16x7" and normal WRX ones are 16x6.5, unless you're talking 2006+ which are 17". The extra width (and offset) helps the RS wheels clear the cool 4-piston brakes.

The RS ones were similar to what the JDM STI's got as well, and are pretty much the lightest 16" rim Subaru sells

I found some tires off wrx wheels that are 205/55/16. I'm assuming these would fit okay right? The RS six spokes are 7 inches wide according to the ad

Yup the RS 7"-wide wheels are > 6.5" WRX wheels. I love the 6-spoke look too, I have had them for over 3 years and still admire the way they look. 205/55/16 is the correct size.

The RS 5-spokes have similar brake clearance, and came in gold on the 98's and silver on the 99's in the US. 6-spokes came on 2001 and 2001 RS's, and only came in silver, so anything else is a repaint. Echoing that these look great on the BD/BG, I've run 3 sets of 5-spokes and 2 sets of 6-spokes on the wagon over the years :)

I thought they came gold stock cause iv seen so many but I guess painting them gold is really popular. Either way they look good and I want them haha
