So im thinking of getting new lateral links for my car. Its a 97 bd lgt. Ive heard that most rear lateral links fit, but will 04 sti ones fit, and or the adjustable from a gc impreza. Please let me know

I don't know the answer to your question, but I just added 20 views (for the hell of it).
My point - view count doesn't mean anything. One person who goes back to check a thread over and over will keep increasing the count.

GC and BD will interchange, I know that for sure.

GD may fit. They are possibly longer, to give a bit more track, so you may end up with big camber.

the answer is yes I have 04 sti almunium lateral links in my 99 lgt and they go right in and i didnt need to change anything, 05 and up will need other parts like usual. GC one will work as well

Links for a GC are the exact fit. Turn in Concepts (wrx wagon) and Whiteline (GC specific KTA108) make links that will work. WRX links are longer and the STI uses a different endlink so ideally you don't want to use them.

Using longer links will widen the rear track and increase negative camber, which will increase understeer. Additionally you may end up over-extending and damaging the axles.
