So, i have a 1995 Subaru Legacy LS AWD Sedan.
I have 4 calipers to install!

Day 1, I install twin pistons front calipers and disks, I bleed the line and drive the car for a few days without problem.

Then I change the rear calipers, i install legacy 2000 caliper and disk (little bigger piston). I bleed the lines again, and while test driving i rapidly notice a litle problem.... it feel like lines are full of air...

Pedal is soft, if i pump it 1-2 times I get a pressure and I'm able to brake... but slowly..

I bleed again and again with no success, no air is coming out of the line and the pedal stay soft.

-There is no brake fluid leak
-I fallow the right bleeding order: FR-RIGHT, R-LEFT, FR-LEFT, R-RIGHT

So, what is the problem!!??
-Do i miss any bleeding step because of the abs module?
-Do my master fail while i was bleeding??
-Or is there some sponge in my calipers??
Sorry for my poor English!
Hope my story is quite clear!
Thank you

Are you bleeding them by yourself or do you have a helper?

I would just rebleed the rears. The fronts are obviously ok.

I bleed with a helper first....
But my sister being bored.... i bought a bleeding bottle and hose kit..
to do it alone!

I bleed for about 500ml each corner..... i taught it was enough...??

Just try the rears again. It's hard to mess anything up, there must be just air in there.

Problem solved!!!
Actually i had installed right caliper on left and left caliper on right....
Causing the bleeder valve to be on bottom of piston instead than on top.
Air being lighter than brake fluid, it would simply not escape!!
