I just want to know if its worth my $16 + shipping
If anyone has one of these I just want some input if you saw a difference such as the "16% increase in hp" (bs) or the 31% increase in mpg

Don't knock the seller though...

He sold 10 of those items yesterday alone at $15 a pop.

Looks like something I could make in my garage from a furnace duct.

Perhaps he's onto something!

There's obviously people out there who will buy anything!

(no, I didn't buy one of these but I can't go through the tool section of a store w/o picking up at least 1 item each visit... Just ask Matt/legacy92ej22t, he's seen my collection of tools)
