OBX Header fitment

Just a quick question: Will these headers fit a 97 2.5 GT 5spd sedan?

I know it says for a 98 - 05 Impreza 2.5 RS, but according to the Borla website, the standard headers listed for out BDs also fit the 98 - 05 Imprezas.

yes, it will eliminate your cats though, unless you replace that resonator piece with a hi-flow one.

Yup, fits just fine. I've had them on my '97 2.5GT for I think 4 years now. As Ben said, I've got a high flow cat in place of the little baby resonator.

it'll fit good, they are quality knockoffs (of cobb el headers)

Yep, mine work great. I removed the resonator and added a HFC.

Only complaint I have is the "Sewing machine" noise, which happens with pretty much any header available for these cars. Wrapping them helped a ton.
