Outback Bumper on 96 L

I am in need of a new bumper.

Wondering what years of the outback bumper fit.
Are they direct bolt on?
Would I be able to wire up the fog lights to work?
How was the clearance difference from the outback bumper to the stock L bumper?

You will need the following from the same year donor outback:
-Bumper
-Rebar
-Tall style grill from a GT/Outback/SUS (96-97 does not say outback but is painted grey, 98-99 says outback and is also grey)

Clearance is a maybe an inch lower but keep in mind the outbacks have body spacers so they are a bit higher so it evens it out.

Fog lights I am not 100% sure but its just two wires per fog light so any year to any style fog should be the same. As long as you cut the wires and join them to your body harness.

this is random but how do you remove the body spacers. I have mine lowered but have yet to remove the spacers. where are they located too.
