EJ22 Rocker torque rating!! Help !

I cannot seem to find anywhere the torque rating for the rocker assembly bolts.
Anyone?
Car is torn apart outside and need to get this done.

looked it up an alldata for ya

looked up a 96 2.2 i imagine all the 2.2s would be the same tho.

12 Newton meters or 8.7 foot pounds
