Hello, I have been in the car world since I started working on cars with my dad when I was 5. For a while now I have been in the Mini Trucking world. I enjoy Mini Trucks and have 94 S10 of my own. But lately I have started to drift away from Minis and became distanced by my Mini Trucking family. After a while I just got tired of the people who I was around in Mini Trucking (and what it was becomeing), I started to think about just selling my truck and just guying a good bone stock car to drive around everyday. But then one day I got to drive my younger brother's 1997 Legacy Wagon and I fell in love with it and Subaru's. Now I wanna sell the truck and get a Legacy Wagon of my own. I have been prowling on here for a few days before my account got activated; and I really like what you guys do and stand for. On here a car doesn't have to be dropped to where it drags skip plate before it's cool or likes. And I really like that. You guys are great! And I can't wait to get my own Legacy and talk to you guys more.

Here is a pic of my brother's Legacy. You'll see it a lot untill I get my own. It's a 1997 Legacy Wagon with around 210,XXX miles. I still don't know much about it or Subaru's but I am a fast learner.

And here is my 1994 S10 with 180,xxx miles. It's got a 2.2L with a 5 speed. It's dropped with 2 inch drop spindels and 3 inch drop coils up in the front. And it's dropped with 3 inch drop leafs in the back, with 3 inch drop blocks, and air shocks in the back. Hoeping to trade it for a nice Legacy wagon but no one wants to get rid of theirs! Hahahaha. And from what I have expirenced for good reasons too.

P.S. I come from a fourm called Kyminis that uses the same engine as this site does, so I pretty much know what I am doing (fourm wise). Looking fowards to hearing from you guys.

Welcome to SLi.

Its funny i had a similar story but with BMW/Hyundai's instead of mini-trucks.. Its all about your community and how people act and get treated.

Your description of cool is usually translated to the Impreza community.. Big rims/brakes/turbo/carbon fiber everything...

Many legacy owners have their own style... some rally, mud, auto-x, track-laps, street drive...

When you get down to it.. our Legacies are larger Impreza's.. 90% of parts are interchangeable.. the hard part is the body.. making it look "modern" or "cool" is hard to do without spending $1000's on custom parts...

I wish you luck on your legacy journey and hope that you stay and enjoy the forum

When I finally get my own I'll be torn between makeing it a more street style or rally style. Plus I am prepared to spend a good amount of money. Mini Trucks are kind of the same way since half of the stuff you have to get custom made. Thank you for the wish and I plan to stay.

Hahahaha, I am prepared for what ever crazy or not crazy things that may come my way.

Hello again everyone!!! It's been a while since I have posted on here! I still lurk on here, but don't post much because I feel like an outsider with not having my very own Legacy. Well, now that I have money again and I am more willing to trade my truck, I am back in the hunt for a Legacy Wagon. I almost had one a few days ago but the owner sold it a day before I contacted him. Right now I am trying to trade my truck for another that I have found that is right hand drive. If not, I hope that it will still be for sale in a few weeks. Then I'll have enough to buy it straight up. Let me know what you guys think.
