95-99 Legacy L Fog Lights HID's

I am looking at getting some HID Yellow fog lights from DDMtuning. I am unsure of which kit I need.

I was going with the 35w/3000k. I was told they were an H1 bulb.

But I have found H3 and 9006 to be what is used. I am confused.

Also do I need any of the harnesses?

Clean you fog light lens. Look at it closely and it should have a few embossed words/letters. It should say the country and the bulb type and SAE or DOT .

Those guy don't seem to understand that I have an "L" model. The guy with the H3 bulbs has a GT. Zeus says it's an H1 but Sylvania says the bulb is an H3.

See where I got confused? I don't have the fogs yet. Picking them up tomorrow (I hope, stupid craigslist people). So I was checking to see.

It should be H3 for the GT and the L.

I'd run an extra relay harness, rather than drawing power through the foglight's wiring. Just search eBay for "HID relay harness h3", for example.

I would be doing the wiring. I would be having to get the switch/lights/wiring.

meh don't bother with a harness if your going to be doing wiring anyways.. you can easily build a harness with a relay and some wires.. or if your lazy get it..
