Cylinder 1 & 3 Misfire/ edit...now 3 & 4

What's the history of the car? What have you done, repaired, modified? There is about a metric ton of stuff that can cause a misfire.
From the sneaky: my exhaust headers aren't torqued in properly causing a small leak at the mating surface, the engine senses this and thinks a misfire has occurred.

To the convoluted: Something triggered the ECU to put the car in "limp home" mode and running for a prolonged period of time in that state triggered a cluster of misfires.

MAF, O2 sensors, Coil pack, plug wires, plugs, exhaust headers, intake air control valve. Start simple and work your way down.

i haven't replaced the plugs yet, just waiting on the snow plows

That could be it. Only 3 bolts per side in a triangle pattern. Missing just one causes an uneven pressure seal under an exhaust port. A little exhaust gas escapes out the side, the ECU senses a fluctuation in the cylinder that the exhaust outlet is associated to and triggers a misfire code.

There could be more going on here. When I put on my aftermarket headers, I had all sorts of P0301-303 codes until I got them torqued and seated properly.
(change your exhaust gaskets too.)

yeah i have the speedyracer headers but ive never torqued them, just tightened them with a socket..

are those gaskets relatively inexpensive?

Lol bro, I have the same Speedyracer UEL headers. Nice huh? Just fit right on, no bending or struggling. It comes with gaskets, they're shit.
Autozone has them, they're Felpro. 10 bucks. Call them in the morning, have them in the afternoon.

yesterday i read the codes again and im getting a cylinder 3&4 misfire, its a bit low on coolant... the coolant looks a bit..oily.. not miscolored but 'greasy'

i also pulled the dipstick and didnt get anything. not a drop which blew my mind, i added 2 qts. of 5w-30 and cleared the codes again.... they stayed off for a good 20 miles and went off again.. not sure if its still the PO400 or more misfiring

Did you replace any plugs, or do a tune up of any kind on this car?

not yet, trying to do some minor repairs on a tight budget while finding the source, until the temps get out of the teens and the snow melts..

no garage for me

Sounds like you need to do a compression test to rule out some of the more serious possibilities.
