That about does it. Looking to the future, I'd like to keep this baby running smoothly while adding a few slight modifications here and there. My main goal is to hit 150k miles with no hiccups so monthly/yearly maintenance will be the top priority.

Future

OEM JDM projector head lights
Kartboy short shifter
Kartboy shifter bushings

Thanks for reading through the story of me and my Subaru. It's been over 5 1/2 years of adventures, up & downs (in life and out in the hills), and great experiences! Let me know what you think!

Dope, seems like you took very good care of your whip. I didn't take much care for my car probably why its in its state now.(sitting and waiting for motor to come out) Looking good though, and one day ill finally post up a journal.

i have one of those "remove before flight" flags also....lol....but mines on the keychain....makes people in the car double take......hahaHaha yeah, I've had a handful of people ask me what it was for... I gave them a  face.

Wow! Very nice, and I don't like second gensWell, hopefully some of the other clean BD's will slowly sway you to the dark side!

should hit 200k no problem :DHaha thanks, that would be a great accomplishment for this daily driver!

In regards to the shift knob, it was one of a couple OEM Subaru replacements that I liked. Simple design, great feel, and it flows well with the rest of the interior.

Update: Installed Perrin lightweight crank pulley, Subaru Impreza fender plug (I have the part number if anybody who hasn't added it is interested), and replaced my air filter. I notice the car climbs through RPM's quicker with the Perrin pulley. Is it worth the money? I think that really depends on the driver and the purpose/expectations of their vehicle. I know I like it!

Update for 02/01/2011: Trunk cargo net and grounding kit.

Custom trunk cargo net. I purchased a Highland side / floor net from a local auto shop for a hair under 20 bucks. Finally, I won't have to worry about my roadside assistance flying around!!

Grounding kit. Installed it this morning so I can't comment on any noticeable changes but the delivery was quick and the instructions were very simple to follow haha!

Installed the JDM mud guards that had been boxed up in the garage for a year or so....
The rear one is sagging or misaligned a bit so if anybody that has them installed or has any experience working with them could chime in on how to fasten these puppies tightly I would appreciate the knowledge!

Nice looking BD. How do you like the AGX's, Iv been thinking about getting some but dont know if its something I really need over GR2s and I cant seem to find a part number or anything saying they would fit a BD or where to buy them or how much.
