"Rather Anonymous" Polyurethane knockoffs

Put it this way. I have the capability to produce polyurethane sheets to then be cut and used as mudflaps. I could make them out of polyurethane or high density polyethylene. If theres enough interest in these I'm sure theres a chance I could buy a set amount of material and produce them for a limited time. Since its not definite yet and not available thats why its here and not in the classifieds. Reply to this if your interested.

Would you have the ability to create a custom metal die to either pressure brand or heat brand them? perhaps a "SLi" brand even ..

I am thinking a chuck of metal dremeled or cnc'd .. I may have the connections to make one if it comes down to that.

I can probably get the logo cnc'd but as for branding them and having it look very good i don't think is in my capability. If people want a logo there they could get a vinyl decal basically and paint it, remove the decal and the logo will be there

i work for a prototyping company and have access for urethane castings....so molding flaps would be down my alley. let me know, i can make them as hard or soft as you want! yes i could even put the SLI emblem on them - ingraved or embossed. one color castings only.

The ones from me would be sheet extruded at one foot width and whatever length desired...i could check and see if the machine shop has a press which i think they do...or I could cnc the any logo, heat it up, and press it into the flaps after making a custom machine to do the job.

I'm planning on grabbing some measurements to have mine about half an inch from the ground but could do regular deminesions that the "Rather Anonymous" company use.

I could also just send blank flaps for you to cut yourself

It turns out that we have to make an adapter so we can connect the sheet die to our machine so once thats done these can be produced.
