a while back my dad gave me a truck that ended up sitting since 95. ended up too far gone to do anything with so i traded it for a 97 legacy gt automatic. i am starting to get in to fixing it up and finding alot wrong. it runs and moves but has rust on back wheel wells so whole trunk filled w dirt. it needs breaks all way around and a cv shaft and 4 tires. so i came across a deal to trade the gt and my cavalier for a legacy l wagon w a better body and a manual transmission. i looked it over and hope the deal goes through this weekend. i think the gt needs too much work to get to road worthy and its automatic, which i hate! the wagon needs a clutch n its race ready. plus wagons are sweet! im all new to subaru but after building a race saab i think i can figure anything out!

yes my friend is a saab fan for some dumb reason. he knows just about nothing about working on cars. he had a 900 w bad strut towers but ran good n baught a 900 w a blown motor but bunch of goodies. after ripping them apart n days of headaches we ended w a lowerd 900 se on 30 lbs of boost. saabs are horrible to work on i hate them for ever now! it is pretty damn fast though cant deny that... i just got off phone should have pics up this weekend and get to keep gt wheels and maybe hood! not sure on hood its a dif color n has some rust can fix it though. i will stay posted!

it was just a plain pain in the ass! most difficult car iv worked on. done a few engine swaps... well lots due to my heavy foot. saab hands down wasnt the most fun. i managed to get it all together and running good though. was a good learning experiance. now gota learn myself on subarus!
