I like to know the heritage, and every piece of minutia surrounding the cars that I get involved with. The relationship between a man and his car is a beautiful thing, and I find that knowledge can really increase a given vehicles' worth to the owner. Anyhow, enough with the cheezyness. I've got a couple good books on the Impreza:

Brian Long's well researched book titled: Subaru Impreza: The Road Car & WRC Story. Great photos inside, with original brochures, and fact-checked with Subaru. Great book.
WRX vs. Evo: The Complete History by Huw Evans (Canadian!)

Reasonable book, mostly (or all?) black and white, some good features, some info that seems suspect, or wrong - and some of it appears straight out of other sources (He used Brian Long's book, I'd almost bet!), but a pretty decent book to scratch the surface.

in a little star on the front. Probably doesn't help that it's written by LAMBERT M. TIMPLEDON. Hmm. What would it be like to go through life with that name? Anyhow, does anyone have any great books, I'd settle for books with mentions of the Legacy and the changes it went through, especially from the first to the third generation, as well as the JDM side of things (that especially). Oh, and it has to be in english! :D
Anything other than haynes manual type stuff?
