'96 Legacy L RHD Front Sway Bar

I'm looking for a front sway bar for my '96 RHD Legacy L. I'm sure if a Left hand drive legacy's will work or not. any advise would be great.

On a side note, If i were you i'd swap in the twin turbo motor since your RHD :twisted:

H6 would be sweet, but twin turbo would definitely be more unique (assuming your in the states?). Twin turbo would be easier, ive looked into the H6 and it seems no on knows how to completely wire them when it comes to the trans.

No-one knows how to wire them because people are trying to retain the stock H6 ECU functions (OBDII). If people go full standalone there are ECU's out there that can be used but it's more $$ up front and then you have to tune it.

LinkECU is a company that has an ECU that will work with the EZ30.

As for the swaybar - providing the aftermarket sways have no weird left-or-right bends in them, it shouldn't matter for a RHD car.

Thanks guys , I live in VA, I'm still up in the air about what motor to drop in her.....still not sure, like you ( Huffer ) said it would be cheaper, and Im sure that either way I'll have monster power to the wheels. first I gotta get my sway bar fixed. thanks again.

The whole issue with the twin turbo setup is that a) it's a PITA if you don't have a RHD car and b) the lag between turbos is horrendous and c) the GTB motors (I think EJ20G) tend to lunch their main bearings if the boost is turned up too high.

so what your saying is, if I do go TT make sure to get it tuned right and to keep my boost turned down ?

No, what I'm saying is, be prepared for it to lunch itself.

Frankly, if you want to go boosted, just buy a USDM WRX EJ20 block and swap that in. It'll hold more power, be easier to tune and it's a newer engine. Remember, GTB engines from 96-00 JDM cars are still just as old as your own car.
