3rd gen legacy L's came with a 2.5???????? and a LSD apparently? I didn't think they ditched the 2.2 until 04-05.

3rd Gen Legacy L:
2.5: Yes, only engine available on the L
LSD: Not on the L
2.2: 90-99, so not on any 3rd gens.

Spend some time on cars101.com looking through the archives, it's a great resource for Subarus.

So whats the difference between the L and GT basically a body kit, LSD and rear disk brakes? and some extra interior options
