Thinking about Going backwards (BE bumpers)

Currently have the stock 03' front bumper cover and I am thinking about going to the 00'-02' cover and the integra front lip. So just checking, all I will need is the bumper cover correct?

Complete bumper... As in the 1 tow hook cover and then the 2 fog covers or 2 fog lights.

but no metal bumper or any under the bumper cover minus a tow hook.....
