Can i use 06 STi springs with 04 STi struts and top hats?

Basically i can get 06 sti springs for $40 and was wondering if theres anyway i could make this work on my 97 Outback?

Alright so ill definitely need low profile tires, but what strut/ top hats can i use with 06 STi springs?

I looked over that. I just wasnt sure if the springs themselves would fit on 04 STi / 02-07 WRX struts and top hats.

Which year WRX struts? Some years are setup for tapered springs, others, non-tapered. But if you get the correct tophats that match the sti springs, it can work.

They're different, year to year. 02-03 have non-tapered springs, and 04-07 have tapered springs like the STIs.
