03' wrx calipers/pads??? Will they fit?

Like the title says, would the calipers, and pads just bold up with new rotors. On a 97 legacy gt, and would it be a better than my stock brakes, in the back?

Thanks for those. Read from top to bottom. I just want to know if i have the bracket and caliper from a 03 wrx, if they would bolt right up to my hubs or not.

Yes they are a direct bolt on. IIRC, they are the same calipers that come on the Leggies, with a bigger rotor.

You will need to get the larger rotor, because of the extra clearance between the caliper and the hub (because of the larger bracket).

The 03 WRX has a Front: 11.4" rotor with a vented twin-caliper piston, and a Rear: 10.3" solid disc (single piston rear)
Your 97 GT has a Front 10.9" rotor, and a 10.5" solid rear rotor.

So yes, you can use the 03 WRX pads and calipers, but you will need to get a the bigger front rotors.

pretty much every subaru with an EJ engine has interchangeable front brakes as long as you match the rotors. rear brakes are more complicated but generally also swappable if you have the right parts

I just 04 WRX Fronts with H6 rears (WRX caliper though) and the difference from my stock L brake setup is a BIG difference. I used ATE Super Blue Fluid.
