Day 1. Purchased in June of 2009.
Last winter. Completely stock.

Then i got a straight pipe. Went through 7 different exhaust setups. Heres the first pictured mod.

The stock wheels turned to be pretty ugly from all the salt. ( dang midwest...)

Yeah so had some probs. Crank pulley slid into timing belt and knocked that sucker off 6 TEETH!!!:omg: so had this kartboy lw put on.

Blacked out wheel, badges etc look a lot better IMO. Looking good, i like it!

I think it's cool that you rock the wagon at your age. When I was in my late teens/early 20s I wouldn't be caught dead in one. I have since realized and rectified my mistake. :grin:

I think at some point, one should be able to have a car and have fun with it, adding things and changing things. Having a car is all fine and dandy, but they're all exactly like one another from the factory. That unique flare that owners add to their vehicles makes them more special, because it isn't just a car that is bought, it's a car that is owned & used.

I think what you've done looks pretty good, I like the removal of the pinstripes and the removal of the badges, I like that sleek look that adds. Also, black wheels pretty much look sinister on anything, so I like that look too, although I'm not sure I'm as into the red lugs, for contrast i might have considered chrome or white, just simply because thats the predominant color of the rest of the accenting on the vehicle, but thats just me! dont listen to me! it's coming along great!

you are pretty cool dude not going to lie. maybe its because we have the same wagon or maybe its because your attitude. or maybe its because you look like one of my friends but i really like what you did to your wagon maybe one day we will meet and put or wagons against each others. oh but i would love to see you do something with the interior.

i was just thinking interior myself. its the whole leather beige look that is just bleh! Looks horrible! I thought about painting it, but that can look tacky... maybe ill swing over to the junkyard and see if i can get black carpets and headliners.... maybe ill just do a seat swap. Sti seats? eh maybe. Tenzo R Racing seats? Maybe hahahha ive painting my shifter surrounding gunmetal and the surrounding for the heated seats gunmetal.

wow, you'd give up your heated seats?! that is the one thing i would not live without here in wisconsin(and the awd). i suppose you could always take the heating element out of the factory seats, and put them in what ever seats you get. that would be a great diy post. by the way, where did you get the check engine light sticker?

Care to be more specific? My car is averaging 27.5 MPG or so with highway readings, I don't know what my city readings are, I would imagine more about 15 MPG or so.

No check engine light? Nothings dragging? Tires are all up?

Which differential bearing is bad?

the front differential bearing is bad. Tony at TiC said to replace both bearings in the front diff. $2000 and its yours. Needs to be towed. Email me at brdurbin@gmail.com for more info. Im just tired of stuffing money into it.
