I'm going to buy a car here in the next couple months. But I can't decide what to get from out of what's available here in the area. Unfortunately there isn't much, but here's what I've narrowed it down to:

1) '01 Subaru Pleo LS
-A/T; 4WD; supercharger

2) '99 Suzuki WagonR
-M/T; 4WD; turbocharger

3) '00 Mazda Laputa (yes, that's it's actual name)
-A/T; 4WD; turbocharger

4) '96 Daihatsu Move
-A/T; 4WD; turbocharger; no ABS

5) '99 Daihatsu Opti
-M/T; 4WD; turbocharger; no ABS

Update: The Pleo was sold already....damn. And the Opti looks like vomit in person. After I found out the Pleo was sold, I decided to only go with a M/T, so that counts out the Laputa. I'll check out the WagonR, but I don't have my hopes up.

So I guess I wasted everybody's time.....

They really put enthusiast combinations together in Japan, didn't they? 4wd, turbo, minicar? ;)

Yeah . I wish I could find a Cappucino. It's 700kgs, convertible, RWD, turbo, and about 2/3 the size of a Miata. Hell, I'd "settle" for an AZ-1, Beat, or Vivio RX-R. But I think the only way I can own one of those is in my dreams....:smt015

Yeah, hold out for a Cappucino. I drove one in NZ. Awesome fun, but terrifying when you pull up (under?) a semi on the freeway.

And that Opti looks like vomit from here it honestly looks like the handicapped offspring of a WRX bugeye wagon and a SRT-4.

Okay, unless anything changes in the next couple weeks, I'll be getting this Daihatsu Naked.

It looks like a Jeep got thrown in the wash and shrunk.

If it were the new Move's then I'd say Move all the way. And the Opti looks like a miniature WRX wagon xD

As for what to get out of these, wagonR or Daihatsu Move.
