my 95 legacy is due for new shocks. id like just a nice OEM or close replacement. any suggestions? i was looking on rock auto.com but they have about 4 different ones to choose from.

KYB GR-2's, they work good, are around 20% stiffer than stock, and are "sporty" while still comfortable.
Work with your stock springs and anything.

look for jdmwerks13 on ebay for KYB struts - very good price and fast shipping.

Glad I came across this. I was looking into getting some gr2s from tire rack but that eBay listing has even lower prices

sorry to thread jack but im in the same situation but i was going to go with the forester setup for a lift. can anyone tell me all that i will need and how much lift could be expected.
