BC coilovers wrx, BE fitment?

Soooo a guy on craigslist has these posted from an 02-07 wrx that hes looking to sale for 600$

Question is ive been debating the hole kyb/h&r setup, which will roughly be the same cost....my car is 2002be sedan and would these be an easy fit do u think????? and has anyone used this brand before???,

Impreza rear struts will not fit the BE - it is a multi-link design and not compatible with Macpherson type struts.
