Replacing o2 sensor using a wideband

Is it possible? My o2 sensor heater is bad so it needs replaced. I happen to have a good wideband sensor out of a vw. Is there a way to replace my oem narrow band using the vw wideband. I also have a dtec-fc is there anyway to use the sensor with my dtec without needing the turbo xs wideband tuner?

Pointless. The Stock ECU won't know what to do with the extra sensitivity (for want of a better explanation). Just spend the $80 on a plug n play O2 sensor.
