Just wanted to put this here because I almost lost my car due to an accident. Traffic was slowing down, then all of a sudden the guy in front of me (Toyota Venza) braked super hard, and I guess I was pretty close to him. I braked but still hit him. I was about to go snowboarding, but the whole trip ended up being canceled. The body shop negotiated with my insurance for a week before leading to a decision: The legacy would not become a legacy. Total damages were $5100: $2200 for parts and $2900 in labor. I love my legacy. I do not do much to my car, except try to keep it clean. Also I have a rack for it and plan on buying some thule criterium bike carriers.

mods:
-Driver's side new weatherstripping
-JDM corner tails
-20%rear/50%front tint w/front shade
-Roof Rack
-Thule 47" rapid aero bars
-Thule 44" fairing
-Painted USDM grill

Compared to the old ones, my new headlights are super bright! Also the new grill is chrome so I may repaint it if I have time. Can you spot the Sl-i sticker? Oh ya the only way the body shop could get the car passed to fix was to declare everything in excellent condition on kbb. Car's name is Indigo-mule.

Yup it's fixed now, so happy to have it back. I really keep my distance behind cars now.
