My driver side speaker took a shit on me so I figure Ill just buy all new ones. Ok I know that the size for all the speakers are 6.5" but what about the tweeters? I looked in the trunk and I saw a wire harness that just connects to the speaker. Does all aftermarket speakers have that plug in play harness or only certain ones? Is it the same also for the tweeters where is has the plug in play wire harness? I was thinking of getting the pioneer TS-A1604C but Im not sure if the tweeters would fit? Any help would be great thanks.

i think if you buy speakers from crutchfield's then they'll include a connector for it otherwise just cut the wires, strip them and use a butt connector

I was looking around more and I think Ill probably get some pioneer TS-A1684R speakers instead. Do you guys think I might need to get some speaker spacers for it, if so should I get the 1/2" or 1" thick spacers? Here is a link to the speakers and spacers.
