Bumper License plate screw holder

I will try to explain this the best I can. I cannot seem to find them anywhere. I even drove to the dealership near me and the parts guy told me "That's not a factory bumper" (it's a 96 outback bumper).

So they didn't have the little inserts that go into the bumper so the screw has something to screw into. Let me know if that made any sense. The ones for the outback bumper are circular. He handed me a square one (which doesn't work).

Anyone know exactly what they are called and where I can get them?

All you need to do is take the square ones and cut off the corners so they will fit back into the circle and they will work just fine.

Use a bigger bolt. ;)

Bolt won't have anything to thread onto. Unless I use a massive bolt bigger then the license plate hole.
