a lot of people are taking mention of my car because it's lifted which is against the norm on this forum. here's a good example of non-lifted vs. lifted.

Lifted is "against the norm" but still welcome! There are a few others lifted here, a brown/grey wagon comes to mind, though I can't think of the name off hand. Besides, I don't think anyone has as much lift as the brand new legacy's with the H6. Those things are TALL. Sleek body lines and more ground clearance than an explorer? Ack:

Yeah but the older body style legs have more of a all business look. The newer ones are trying to look longer, sleeker, and faster... The lift just doesn't match.

Have you thought about rally armor mud flaps for your car? I think they'd look pretty good on there.

yeah, i've got more clearance than my parent's yukon. but clearance is relative. i have 9.5" of clearance at the rear pumpkin. the yukon has about 8.5 or 9...i can't remember exactly which means that i can go over a rock easier, but i'll high-center befor they do.

never heard of the mudflaps, and i'm not sure what you're getting at with your first point.

the LS came with front and back mudflaps. i took the backs off a couple weeks ago. makes it look taller from the rear.

sorry, the new 3.0R's look terrible. Too tall for the body style. Yours looks good, I don't know if I could picture it any taller. Rally armor mudflaps are made over in britain I believe, but they are just good looking mudflaps

as for mudflaps, i just picked up a set of outback flaps for mine. haven't got them installed yet though.

Your Legacy can probably go more places than my old 2wd Dakota Sport could. It's not something I'd do because it doesn't serve a purpose for me, but I do like it.

i didn't get springs. i don't they're nessicary. the standard legacy ones are the same size. i'm not sure if the outback ones are stiffer though. if they are, they might get it up in the air a bit more, but i'm not sure that it's worth it.
