Yes I have a forsake/part out thread up. But I want to solve this issue first.
I have this misfire that wont go away, I replaced the following
Fuel senders
Fuel pump
Fuel filter
Spark plug wires
Spark plugs, twice and checked gaps
I have Delta cams which im told could be causing the issue but iirc I didn't have that issue int'l later.
I also have a MSD coil pack, not sure if this is just in my head but I tested the spark and 2-4 had a blue spark and 1 had a yellow spark.... my brother confirmed it. I wonder if the coil pack is failing, its about 3 years old.
Things I think may be a problem
Bad fuel injector
Coil pack
first 02 sensor (why because I changed out every other part and it says the o2 can cause misfires)

Do you feel the miss or is the CEL just popping on?

Have you checked compression across all cylinders?

I had it checked and was told it was fine, I don't know any actual numbers.

I notice it kinda sputtering when im on the gas climbing rpms. But if that's the actual misfiring or a different issue I don't know.

Shane - you should put the stock coilpack back on and see what happens.
After that, see if you can swap your injectors around, and if the misfire moves with the injector, then you have found the culprit.

I don't have the stock one, plus I would have to wire it up. I'm just going to pick up a neon coil if I can find one cheap enough.
Has anyone changed injectors before? I had a hell of a time removing the injectors from the rails.

You could always just take the injectors and have them cleaned... a flow test would show if one was acting up.
I assume you've tried running a can of seafoam in the gas tank to see if that cleans the injector?

Seafoam and other injector cleaners. As for sending them out I have a spare st of EJ22 injectors and jdm yellow tops.

It's got to be mechanical then, or sensor related. Checked the timing on the timing belt? 1 tooth off can cause an odd misfire.

Timing was done when the engine was rebuilt. I changed out the fuel rail with injectors 1 and 3 out. I had the codes read and had 6 codes now. Misfires on all four cylinders, fuel temperature .... and fuel trim bank 1. Once I do the coil pack and this is still acting up I had it with this car. I'll put it up for sale with all known issues for a few weeks then I'll part it out if it doesn't sell. This car has worn me out.

That sounds like a weak fuel pump.

Ok I found a used neon coil pack. Hopefull I can make it here before it closes. If this doesn't solve this issue then I accept defeat. The headgaskets may be bad but I wont be totally sure until I pull the engine.

1) Re-wire the stock coil pack in.. having a good known working unit can eliminate issues. If you need one I can send you one.
2) You said that you swapped your injectors around and now you have missfire on all 4 cyls?
3) Isn't this the car that has the brand new fuel pump + sending unit?
4) Get your injectors cleaned and flow tested like Huffer suggested. its fairly inexpensive and you will know for sure if the injectors are the issue.
5) Do you have a new fuel filter?

1. I have a stock coil but don't want to desire it back in yet.
2. I took the fuel rail and 1 and 3 of as one, swapped in another unit and all 4 misfires.
3. Yes
4. I know and I have plans on sending all my injectors I have out.
5. Yes

CEL is back, I suspect bad HG. Im burning oil and loosing coolant. And nothing is ever in the ground.

Strange isn't this the motor that had the overhaul and new H/G's?
