When I had my Tein Coilovers rebuilt, I figured while dealing with Tein USA, I'd go ahead and order their bonnet dampers for the BD5.

The fellows were nice enough to call and tell me it was going to be a long wait. I said I'm fine with that. They said it would come over on a shipping container, and probably take over 3 months. I waited and waited. Turned out to be more like 4 or 5 months. Then I was a dope and sat on them and they were in the garage for over a year.

Well procrastination is over. Dampers are installed. It was so easy I'm kicking myself for not opening the box sooner.

I want to say I paid $130 or $140, but searching online it seems a bit more than that now. The Tein part number is BHD01-S16.

I can get these, if you get them for $130-$140 that's a great price for these. I could probably do these for $160-$170.
