Something I thought I'd share

I went to the junkyard this weekend for the first time since the quake and found some flood damaged cars. The interiors were ruined and even the headlights still had sea water in them. It made me a little sad to see it. I didn't take many pics, just a few of Legacys.

Man, I'm really sorry all that happened. I've been to Japan, I love it there. Thinking about all what happened bothers me still.
But.. That silver Legacy that has a car on top of it.. I'll take it's grill. The momo steering wheel too. Some simple-green and a light scouring pad will clean it up.

But seriously though.. damn.

I was just about to say that the grills should still be in excellent shape and I WOULD LOVE TO FIND A BD GRILL WITH THE GOLD L7 BADGE.

It really makes you wonder how much money is being paid out through insurances just on autos alone...

I want to fly over now and buy out all the parts in those cars. What a horrible turn of events. It's just like the "cash for clunkers" trade in they ran a few years ago. All those cars were crushed when they could of been used as parts cars.
