I'm about to pull my carpet out and dye and and I really want some OEM rubber mats.

Do they exist? If not has anyone had luck using the ones from another model? I'd really prefer to stick with OEM if possible.

If not rubber, which other mats work?

They also have the carpeted grey mats in stock (subaruparts.com does) and are $57. Part number J5015AS010.

I just spoke to the dealer in hermiston, or and he said he only has one set left. He sold them to a guy in Idaho and that guy returned them because they are not shaped like the newer All Weather mats with the cutout for the fuel door release and are not curved to shape the center shifter console...

Look what I found on ebay... you can see what they look like!

Wow thanks man! I'm hoping to find something with a better fit then those but I'll keep them in mind for sure!

I found these on eBay but the model year stops at 2001. Is there a big difference between the years?

sorry my car is a bit of a mess right now. the white receipt is to give and estimate to how much of a gap there is probably 3 inches. i can probably get more measurements tomarrow but i messed up my shoulder today so i need some down time, which reminds me be more careful grabbing a 36 pack of TP from Costco. the back seat mats works just fine and so does the passenger side. i will try to get pics of the passenger side and back seat mats tomarrow if my shoulder is feeling better. i would recommend it you have carpet floor to keep those in there and just put the all weather over them, with both of them there there is plenty of room in my outback atleast. the rubber floor mats were out of a 2008 Legacy 2.5i limited sedan.

Those are the same as any WRX all-weather mats. I have those and the coverage is similar - not enough around the gas flap lever.

they were $60 from carr subaru in 2007 so i really do not know the price now.

^^ mine were $15 on craigslist. :D

BTW: all-weather mats weigh around 3 times as much as carpet ones. So if you want to save some weight, don't put in all weather mats on all the seating positions, just the ones used most. I'm only using the driver's mat - cos I'm a lonely racer.

^^ anyone know that reference? :smt020

I'm not really worried about weight I'm worried about screwing up my freshly dyed carpet :P

Those mats arent the newer wrx (at least 2004) mats... my lady just got some for her wrx and the hole for the hook is WAY closer to the seat than those...

Lol! I haven't ordered them yet. I had a buddy come by and test fit his STI mats in my car earlier and they fit great. I'm ordering mine tonight and I'll update pics when I get them in. :D

PICS! I'm about to order some rubber mats and I'm trying to figure out which ones will fit my BG! I'm also looking at the mats for the 00-04 Legacies - J5010LS300 . I can test fit some mats from an '06 STi if I have to :)
