Cluster shows highbeams when they are not on.

Just like the title says, but the jdm projectors i installed today work how they are supposed too. Any idea what the problem could be?

Can you explain what wires you connected?

Sounds like you have low and hi crossed.

I just attached power and tested which wire is low and projector. When my swith is in low, my projectors are on, and when i turn the highbeam the highbeams go on. but no matter what the cluster shows i always have highs on.

When you disconnect the hi beam wire does the blue light go away?

dont subbies have the ground as the trigger.. sounds like wires are criss crossed

Exactly.

12v power and 2 grounds one for each hi/low.

This is why i asked if he could disconnect the hi beam trigger.

When i had the wires any other way the highbeams would activate the projector and vice versa. Unless you are talking about something else.

i got it fixed, but now the problem is the driver side light is a bit dimmer, and the blinker blinks fast when headlights are off, and slow when the lights are on. This only happens on the driver side, and the passenger and driver side are hooked up identically.
