So to make a long story short my air filter is half soaked with oil. The rubber hoses coming from the valve covers are where it is coming from. I also have. Vacuum leak near cylinder 4 that causes a brand new piston to cook in under 3000 miles

Any clue on the oil situation?

I would suppose that there is a lot of oil vapor coming out of those hoses, and it is condensing in the intake tube and dripping down to the filter? Look in the intake tube as far up as possible to see where the oil comes from. Also, I am not really clear on how a vacuum leak hurts a piston?

Piston rings are brand new. And a vacuum leak is allOwing wayyyy to much air to cylinder 4 causin it to run extremely lean and hot.

A torched piston can cause excessive blow by and push oil through the PCV system.

Otherwise, I'd start with a new PCV valve.
