Code 41

Hey Guys,
I have a 92 legacy Wagon L, and my check engine light keeps coming on with a code 41. The book calls it Air/Fuel Ratio Control Sytem, Faulty Learning Control Function. The break down says to test injector operation, air flow meter, water temp sensor, throttle position, 02 sensor, fuel pressure, and lastly replace the ECU. Sorry that got long. I have checked the 02 sensor, the temp sensor, and testing the others as some as I can get to my tool box, I was wondering if anybody has encounterder this before? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Have you checked both O2 sensors? Based on my short Google adventure, I believe you may need to replace one of them.

Yea I have a fresh one, and luckly I only have one sensor. I cleaned my MAF yesterday, cause it was looking dirty, but I hevent driven it yet. Ill let you know how it go's.

Just an UPDATE,
So I my never know what the cause of that code was. After cleaning the MAF sensor, I discovered one of my ARP head stud pulled the threads right out of the block. I decided to pull the 2.2L SOHC out and put in a 2.5L DOHC motor I had picked up from a friend about 4 months ago. It fits nice and runs beautiful. If I come across this problem agian, I'll post right here for another update. Thanks guys :grin:
