So I have done some searching for some time now and havent come up with any concrete info.

We have a 2000 Legacy B4 RSK (twin turbo) 108km on her.

My questions:
Differential Fluid does it need changed if so when?
Turbo oil is it part of the engine oil or separate?
Transmission fluid big deal to change?
What type of Oil/filter is good for it?

I have always tried to keep up on all the cars we own. Being that this one is our favorite i just want to make sure its all good to go.

If you have any tips/advice or even what/how you do routine maintenance on your b4 Id love to hear it..

Thanks all.

Your car doesn't have an owner's manual? That's where all he suggested maintenance information is... (in the back)

Actually even though we bought it from a dealer it didn't come with one. Most likely because it is all in japanese lol. I am sure I could figure it out or find someone to translate it if I had one. I can't even find it online bc yet again even with google translate it's tuff to find in another language.

Trust me. If I had any type of access to that info this post wouldn't exist.
If any one has a digital copy that would be great. But I have been searching for a couple months with no luck.

Thanks though.

Keen observers will notice this is for the '98 (A type), but I don't think much of the service data would be different. If you'd like, I can get my hands on a C type ('00) manual and post that instead... That'll just take a little longer since my friend with a C type is away right now.

Differential Fluid does it need changed if so when? - I don't know this one either, i've asked a mechanic friend, and he said address it when it addresses you (change oil when it starts getting noisy)
Turbo oil is it part of the engine oil or separate? - Yes, Turbo runs off the engine oil. A good owner changes his oil every 5000km's, and doesn't look at the price tag.
Transmission fluid big deal to change? - No not really, you can change this every 100,000k's.
What type of Oil/filter is good for it? - For the engine? I use castrol edge 10w-60, but 10w-40 or thereabouts will be fine too. Use only genuine subaru filters. ALWAYS.

Change your Air intake filter ever 20,000K's max, I usually do mine once every year or two.
ALWAYS change filter with your oil, and do it every 5000K or every 6 months.
ALWAYS use genuine subaru filters.
Spark plugs every 100,000K's if you use Iridiums. 50,000K on an STi becuase they run wasted spark (before 2000).
Check your powersteering fluid, brake and clutch fluid, gear box fluid, and coolant every oil change too.

Edit, yamazaki, could you translate that for us btw? I know subaru says 10,000K for engine oil btw, but I'm pedantic, and my car has thanked me for it. I'd also like to know the interval for gearbox and diffs. What I have states is simply what my subaru mechanic mate said to me. In NZ, we would be considered cowboys by jap dealer standards.
