My right turn signal blinks abnormally fast on the rear.. The right front bulb lights up but doesn't blink. Everything was working fine before I took my gauge cluster out, but now it's not. Anyone know how to fix this?
I've made sure all the cluster plugs are in tight. Everything is working fine but the speed of the right rear blinker, and the right front wont blink.

Bulb out. Normally when you have a bulb out the other rear/front one blinks faster. Or just flush the old blinker fluid and fill to the line.

+1 on flushing the blinker fluid... sometimes it can get dirt/debris in it which later will plug it up or just cause it to act funny.

I can really tell you what was wrong...
your front turn signal bulb is a dual filament... so one lights up for your parking lights and one lights up each time your blinker fires. In your case, the filament for the blinker is broken. If it fixed itself it just reconnected with the filament but it will eventually go out again.
Because the front filament for just the blinker is out, the turn signal circuit is broken and there for the rear is blinking abnormally faster.
YEAH!!! Now time for a pat on my back.
