Hey their, I just recently took my car to a place to get my passenger headlight restored. The guy did it but unknowingly to me he did my driver side to because of a little spot that happens to be in the inside of my headlight. Anyways he did that one to and now because of that my driver side headlight is slightly cloudy because of the tiny scratches from the sand paper. I would like to know if theirs anyway of fixing it and clearing it up or would I just have to get another driver side headlight. I didn't notice it until a few hours later also.
oh and I have the JDM projector headlights btw.

I would get a really fine grit sand paper. 1000 or higher and soapy water and see if you cant buff it out, then go to 1600 grit and then a polishing compound.

you should bring it back and tell him to redo it

agreed...
You should not have scratches on the inside of your light... that would be VERY strange.
Sounds like you need to take it back to the guy and have him wet sand it more aggressively.
I use a product called CV headlight restorer... it is only like $20 and has a lifetime warranty on it.
It should only take you about 1-2 hours to do it yourself and isnt that hard to do.

No I dont work for them but I have used their products numerous times over the years on different cars and have always been impressed. They even sent me another restorer kit when I called them and said that my headlights are starting to yellow again. Even though the last kit was used on my OEM lights and I wanted the replacement kit for my JDM's.
