Does the sti steering rack fit as a direct replacement?
What size are the nuts on the front struts, the 3 in the engine bay that u put the strut bar on ?

The steering rack is not a direct replacement. The steering linkage has to be modified and I cant say for sure but the P/S pump and lines will need to be changed.
The strut bolts are 12mm.

Thanks , I will have to ask my mechanic if he has done it before and how much if will charge me. I really want it to be tighter .

Replacing the steering rack bushings with whiteline or other aftermarket ones help a lot. Also, the fastest OEM steering rack thats a direct fit is the one off the 1991-1994 Legacy Turbo SS. So if you could find a rebuilt one of those, it'd be pretty sweet.
