If not, what would i need to modify?

The Equal Length manifold will fit.. but because its OBX take the fitment with a grain of salt.

The exhaust system however needs to be extended and the rear hangers have to be moved a few inches.

Its cheaper to get a local exhaust shop to make you a cat back system.

I was going to say the same thing. Get the muffler that you want and have a welder make one for you. I think it cost me $50-60 to have mine made from the cat, back.

Welding is not a problem, how much extension are we talking about?

6-9 inches...

depending on which cat you use.. OEM vs Aftermarket.

I have that exact header. Fit fine, only slightly more effort to install than the stock unit. Decent jump in power from about 4500+ rpm too. I'd highly suggest either wrapping it or getting it ceramic coated though. Very thin wall tubing, and it makes a lot of noise.

That header does completely eliminate your stock cats, though. You cannot use the stock cats with that header. The two pieces pictured are designed to bolt together, the bolt directly to your stock catback exhaust (or other exhaust designed to fit the stock manifold/cat). I had the resonator they supply removed and replaced with a HF cat.

So that, a few hangers, a little more tubing, highflow cat and wrap should work just fine then? sounds good to me.

Yup... just keep in mind that the EL headers will not give you the deep boxer rumble that everyone tries to replicate.

UEL for the rumble. EL for gains.

I know, but i can't seem to find any UEL from a known brand.

Not everyone trys to get the boxer rumble. I bought the obx header specifically because it is El. Didn't seem right to take a step backwards in tuning :-)
