A while back my 95 legacy started idling lower than normal. Here recently the idle has been down around 500 - 600 and will sometimes shut off when I'm sitting still. Also when I'm driving down the highway or give the car a little gas to pick up some speed it stutters and I start to lose some power for a few seconds. I had a code search done on it and it said I was having problems with my TCL Vacuum Solenoid. I have no idea what it is so if anyone could help me out on this I would appreciate it. The code that came up was p1101.
