evenin' all!

I've got an '02 BH5 and I want to de-tango the headlights.

Is it simply a case of heating up the headlights, seperating the glass and removing the amber cover?

Is there a clear cover under the amber one or would it just leave the bulb exposed - not something I want really.

The headlights are these ones

Any advise you could give would be greatfully recieved guys!

Cheers

Detango... LOL love the UK lingo.

Yes, there is an orange reflector/cover in there that you can remove - just remove the headlights, remove all the visible screws and bolts and slowly heat it up. Pry it apart and pop the amber part out.

Here are my photos from clearing my GF's wrx headlights... My very first attempt at this sort of a thing and it went great. I also used a headlight restorer on them when I was done because the outsides were a little cloudy.

Just dont touch ANYTHING on the inside of the lens or the reflector... You will think that you got your prints off and they will eventually show.
