As you might have read in my signature, I'm a proud parent of a trunk monkey. Well, he will no longer be a trunk monkey, but rather, a Rally Monkey. First a picture of my monkey:

Some earnhardt fan is gonna flip a nut when I paint this sucker. Its the only open face helmet in the proper monkey scale that I can find. This is only the first step in my Rally monkey modification. It'll be painted blue/gold (might just have to remove the decals) and a microphone added, the monkey will also get a blue/gold subaru jacket, and some rally pace notes at which point he'll get strapped into the passenger seat to guide me through the turns.
Anyone who wishes to follow suit, Earnhardt sr. helmets are the only ones I've found to be open face and 1/4 scale. All others are close faced. Ebay is the only place I've found these, and they can go for $20-40. I found this one with a buy it now of $9 so I jumped on it.
