swapped out my turbos and now i'm only hitting .3 bar. what would be the issue or cause for such low boost? i checked for leaks and didnt find any. could it be a bad actuator?

any help is appreciated!

Are you sure your vacuum lines are not mixed, damaged, etc?>

Usually if the wastegate actuator is given improper vacuum lines it will prematurely open or worse it wont open at all.

Have you check:
- T-connectors
- Shaft play on the turbo
- The wastegate section on the hot / cast side of the turbo. They usually crack <-- http://forums.nasioc.com/forums/showthr ... ?t=1477504 (http://forums.nasioc.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1477504)

its going to be such a pain in the ass if it's cracked....

boost leak test the system, you may have a slow leak in the intake tract now that you had to change out parts, common problem...

i checked for codes and got error code 65. from what ive read it is caused by either the zerosport sequential controller i have on the car or the vacuum pressure sensor. where is that located and how can i fix it?

thanks

If a turbo is boosting low, due to being broken, you will get errors from the computer that will most certainly send you off in the wrong direction. I simply think if you have only just put the turbo in, that the turbo itself is fucked and to blame.

Could be as simple as a broken wastegate actuator though. :P

so what was the problem?

if i remember correctly, it was a combination of the boost controller settings and vacuum hoses not connected properly. no one seems to really know how to setup boost controllers on a twin turbo sequential setup. luckily, i am i damn wizard at it, since i kept having to fix issues myself.
