factory BE lip?

so i saw a BE with a factory lip.. please tell me i wasnt just seeing things

couldnt have been more than an inch and a half, looked like a homodepot lip, but it was an 80year old driving, and it was ABS plastic, clean, simple and I WANT IT! lol
