Swap BH interior into BK

Has anyone attempted this in a legacy before? I found an 02 OB limited H6 wagon, full leather interior, mint condition.

I was thinking of buying the car and using it as a donor for a possible H6 swap project for my 99 L wagon. I know that it wouldn't be easy, just curious at this point right now.

Your thoughts?

I would think the seats should swap no problem, I am assuming you would have issues with everything else.

The front seats would be the only guaranteed bolt in afaik. Everything else could likely be made to fit but not without some effort.

If you are doing an h6 swap and you can get the car for a decent price, I'd get it anyway. A complete car with the parts you need will make the swap a kabillion times easier.

Yeah, and swapping the whole dash in will make the wiring a ton easier.

I know people have swapped complete interiors before, but it'll probably take some fabrication work. Just from the feel of a BH interior, I would guess it's going to be small changes here compared to the BG/BK. I doubt you'd have any gaping chasms. The doors will probably be the trickiest.
