Front oxygen sensor wiring

Here is another stupid question I have. The front oxygen sensor has a 3 wire plug. My harness was damaged and all the wires pulled out of the connector, so now I need to rebuild this connecter. My problem is that I currently do not know what order the 3 wires go in as they all have the same connector.

Does anyone have a picture of the connecter showing the wire colors? Or does anyone know the wire coloring?

wouldn't the wires match up the other plug? So if your O2 side of the plug was damaged, the ECU side of the wires should still be intact, and vice versa. Or are all wires on both sides pulled out?

order the Bosch, it's a 3 wire - match white/white and black/black.
Slide wires through plastic protector, resolder, close protector, screw into exhaust pipe and reconnect.

Done.

Yeah, mine did the same thing. but it was because friend yanked on the wires instead of taking the connector apart... um now I believe there are either 2 white wires or 2 black ones. I dont know if they are the same if wired either way, but when I put mine back together I matched the single color to itself and just guessed and hoped on the others, and my cel went out. lol

I thought about doing that, but I dont want to risk frying the ECU over it.

I do not think the wires match colors with the oxygen sensor, these are the engine harness wires that pulled out.

Followup to this thread.

I did some research and found that the Bosch 3 wire sensor (2 white and one black) uses the black for the signal wire. Subaru also uses black for the signal wire. The yellow/red and white both go to the white wires for the heater. Doesn't matter which white, polarity doesn't matter.

This may help somebody else one day maybe.
