question.. I understand the ej25 pan holds about 1/2 qt more then the ej22 pan.. my question is can I use the pan for the ej22 on the ej25 and the oil level will be true? I know they both fit but I just want to make sure the oil level is right.

They have different part numbers but I don't think you'll have a problem.
It'll be fine - the dipstick measures oil level based on the stick, not the depth of the pan. If you aren't seeing the right level on your EJ22 dipstick, add more and the level will come up. You're replacing a small bucket with a slightly larger one. Fluid will want to sit on the bottom first.

haha well it's the other way around Huffer the ej22 oil pan is going on the ej25 ;) I just wanted to be sure since I never got to put the pan on the other car..

Whoops! My bad. Yep it should be fine - if you compare the two pans they should be nearly identical.
